6 weekly group coach teleconference calls over 6 weeks
All teleconference calls are on Tuesdays from 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm Eastern Standard Time or 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm Central European Time.
Week 1 – Getting clear on what you want: The best part of this experience is getting to know and connecting to your fellow Bootcampers. We’ll start with introductions, then you’ll explore the ideal outcomes of your passion. There is no limit here, not even the sky. You learn a very powerful method of tuning into the body to better understand what you want to offer the world and the process of how you can narrow or fine-tune your vision.
Week 2 – Creating the balanced and inspired schedule: I share with you my very own scheduling system that will help you create the best system for you, so you’re days are more balanced, creative, and productive. Discover what time of the day you’re at your creative best and when your energy tends to run on fumes. Learn to take the things off your plate that may not be serving you and carve out more time for the blissful joy of pursuing your passion.
Week 3 – Taking the right action and follow through: Be able to identify exactly where and why you’re stuck or unable to get started. Explore The Work by Byron Katie to help you remove the limiting beliefs that are standing in your way. Identify the values that are most important to you and how you can start living by those values today.
Week 4 – Boosting your boldness: Feeling afraid to present your true self to the world or can’t find your inner voice? Here you discover what’s really holding you back from taking bold action. I introduce the most powerful technique I know for removing these blocks, Emotional Freedom Technique, or EFT.
Week 5 – Crafting your Passion Pursuit Plan: You dig deeper into your passion to identify step-by-step how you can achieve your vision. You receive an easy to follow Passion Pursuit Planner, or action plan, that will guide you and your actions going forward to keep you on the perfect path. You identify your passion’s milestones and the actions you need to take to today to move towards them. You also identify the feelings you want to experience on your journey and how you can start experiencing more of those feelings today.
Week 6 – Learning to take it forward: This is where you learn how to craft a vision statement for your passion. You then put everything together, review what you’ve learned, fine-tune your Passion Pursuit Planner and prepare to launch. The plan you create will help you achieve your milestones, live by your values, experience the feelings that mean the most to you, and offer the best of you to those who are out there waiting for it in the weeks, months, and years to come.

This is the prep work you’ll do before each coach call. All the exercises are designed to help you fully explore what you most want to pursue in life and how you can do it. The exercises also help you explore your core values and the feelings you most want to experience on your journey and how you can start living by those values and feelings today.
